Hi! I'm getting Cisco stock as my RSU package and as a passive investor, upon each vesting event I immediately sell half of it to buy the MSCI All-World ETF.
The last few years have been really good for these stocks but in your opinion, is the other half worth holding long term or should I just be converting all of that to MSCI All-World? I'm a simpley man, not really skilled in studying fundamentals and technicals.
