I want to buy more BTC while the price is still well below 100k usd. I don't have much liquidity as don't want to sell any of my other investments, so looking into the possibility of using my bitcoin as collateral for a loan.
The APR of the platform I'm looking at is 11.5%, so I'm just making a bet that bitcoin will increase more than that over the next 12 months. There are no monthly repayments, I can borrow up to 50% LTV, and the APR is significantly lower than I can access via my credit card.
Quick sense check - has anyone done this? Are there any platforms I should be aware of? Getting my bitcoin back at the end of the loan is probably my most important criteria.
