1 year ago I posted the below message on /Wallstreetbets and got banned because their moderator is a fucking moron. NETLIST (NLST) was trading at $0.72/share. I own 420,000 shares long!
Fast forward a year and they are a profitable company and it’s trading at $2.90/share. In less than 6 weeks and more likely approximately 2-3 weeks, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will be ruling on the validity/invalidity of 5 patents critical to all artificial intelligence chips used in hyper scale data centers.
If Netlist succeeds in flipping 2-3 of these patents, it will skyrocket as Netlist already has a $303.5 MILLION dollar court jury ordered judgment for minimal infringement from January 1, 2022 - March 31, 2023 by Samsung.
Today around 12:15PST (California time) we will get the results of the Breach of Contract trial. This will be the third time (and final) time this is tried. If Netlist wins (AGAIN), Samsung is Fucked!!! Huge damages to follow from the other 8 lawsuits where patents are being willfully infringed. Time to BACK UP THE TRUCK AND LOAD UP!
