in reality nothing is being built and the sustainability of the project is questioned meaning the technology itself might be too expensive to implement and the reality is it always looked good on paper (for investors) Romanian government spent 240 million (made it look real), the US - Romania partnership is amazing (great for politicians), the land plot was sold to the joint venture for 30 million (huge for a village in Romania);
