Alright. I’m going to tell yall about a couple of areas that I think major expansion is coming very soon.

First off - water. I’m not how sure everyone is paying attention, but rise of data centers is causing a number of water problems. And it’s not just data centers. Water is about to get more expensive. We are using more than ever before, we are going to have to spend more on quality assurance and testing than ever before as well. There was a piping boom after WW2. All the copper, galvanized iron, and new plastics like PVC were being utilized. That is starting to fail causing major piping repairs and maintenance lately that’s only getting bigger combined with things like clogs from wet wipes, grease, debris, and oils from residential homes. The US alone spent 500 million on clogs from just wet wipes last year. Water and sewage authorities are usually independent of local governments and ran like a business. That means they have to likely start raising prices just for maintenance and repairs and keeping quality and levels up. I think a water boom is coming.

Second - compression. Hardware is just the FIRST bottleneck for data storage. 90% of data ever created has been created in the last 2 years. That’s only going to keep expanding. We don’t just need better hardware. We need better ways to optimize it. Some Companies like BMR are claiming 30% increased efficiency in video compression over nvidia current stack. Compression will be one of if not the next bottleneck and major growth point for data storage that we see.

So my advice, find a few industry leaders in these areas and give them a spot on your watchlist.
