How do you track what would prove your stock thesis wrong?

I’ve been trying to get better at reviewing my stock decisions.

One habit that has helped is writing down the “invalidating condition” before the outcome happens.

Not just “why I like this stock,” but:

* what would prove this thesis wrong?
* what risk am I probably underestimating?
* what data would make me change my mind?
* when should I review this again?

I realized that if I only write down the bullish case, it becomes too easy to rationalize the decision later.

Curious how others here structure their investment notes or reviews. Do you use a spreadsheet, Notion, broker notes, or something else?
