The predicted listing price right now would be around $1.7T, but if we go by the Cerebras IPO (which almost doubled by the time of listing) then I wouldn’t be surprised if this opens much much higher than $1.7T.
If this somehow doubles in market cap before the listing then what are we expecting to happen? We’re talking about a company that will be one of the biggest in the world in terms of market cap, if it goes to $3.4T then that would make it a bigger company than MSFT!
That would put us at a 796x PE and 212x PS, fundamentals aren’t even in the same universe at that point (not surprisingly)
And let’s not forget this company is being fast tracked into the indices with these atrocious numbers.
Of course this is all a hypothetical situation, but with the way the market has acted recently with momentum names and hyped IPOs then this isn’t out of the realm of possibilities. I actually think it’s very likely to happen.
