What would be the best memory option for AI drones or robots?
MRAM: Fast, most expensive, stores memory with no power
SRAM: Fastest, very expensive, no refresh required but needs constant power
DRAM, Slowest, Cheapest, Refresh required (uses more power when chip is working)
Obviously DRAM is best suited for LLMs and data centers but wondering if other memory options might be worth a look for future applications.
