What are some companies that may nobody in their right mind would think become AI plays, that end up becoming AI plays?

I think Monster Energy could become one. Hear me out. There is a shortage of trades people. Trades people have to fill up their vehicles frequently, work long hours (sometimes on call). Anecdotally, I almost always see at least one trades person grabbing a couple monsters whenever I’m at the station filling up my sedan. The margins speak for themselves. If you bet on monster anytime since it IPO’ed that would’ve been a pretty bad bet.
