RKLB position

I have a smallish position in RKLB of 203 shares with $4 average and this boom threw me off balance with RKLB now at 60% of my portfolio.

If you have a small portfolio, what do you do when your shares explode?

Logically I understand the smart thing to do is to sell at least half (its all in Roth) , freeze gains and invest in ETF (my main core). But I am having so much trouble :) mainly because I hold tiny positions in stocks and never experienced such gains. ETF gains are easier to ignore.

If you are a relatively small investor, how do you determine when to let it go? Or do you?
