BCAR is an AI-infrastructure SPAC merging with Exascale Labs at $500M pre-money / $632M pro forma EV. Two months ago WLAC sat in this exact spot — pre-vote, AI-cloud SPAC, $10 handle. Today WLAC is **$19.42 (+94%)**. BCAR has finally started waking up — $10.03 → $10.65 this week — and I just loaded **5,000 shares @ $10.25 avg**. Re-rate has begun.

**The setup**
* WLAC was $10 in mid-Feb. It's $19.42 now. The comp keeps growing.
* BCAR traded *below* trust last week and just crossed *above* it. Tape is starting to recognize the trade — not exhausted, just starting.
* Trust value (\~$10.08) is still the worst-case floor if the deal blows up — your downside from $10.65 is \~$0.57.
* Vote pending. Deck dropped April 28. Catalyst stack is ahead.
**Risks**
* Exascale only did $7M of revenue in FY25 — most of the value is unbooked $300M pipeline.
* Generalist sponsor, not a specialist edge like fintech/aerospace SPACs.
* Heavy redemptions post-vote could thin the float.
* If you sell on the open market post-bad-news you can absolutely break the trust "floor" — only redemption holders are protected.
