Used to trade constantly. Made some money, lost some more, and after about two years, realized I was basically in the red plus fees and stress.
The thing that finally got me to stop was tracking my actual returns vs just holding. I put everything in a spreadsheet and it wasn't even close. My trading account was up maybe 15% over 18 months. If I'd just sat on my $BTC and $ETH the whole time, I'd have been up over 100%.
So I stopped. Moved everything into cold storage, deleted the trading apps, and just hold now. So anyone here still trading? Like real P&L, not just screenshots of one good trade.
