This is something I've been brainstorming about for a while now. I read somewhere that AI is a mayor part of the SP500 and that the mag7 capex for 2026 is higher than the GDP of some countries.
What would happen to the world and world economy if AI would suddenly become useless? Of course this is fiction. But as some people have worried about an "AI-bubble" I started to think what would be the worst case scenario. And this question got my curiosity.
But even though I have been thinking about it for a while I don't know that much about the world. So I'm curious what you guys think from your perspective of the world and with your profession.
