Why doesn't SABER corporation ($SABR) sell its business to a HyperScaler ? The replacement value of their business and all their GDS data for AI is worth more than the market cap of the business. There is also an Open Letter to do just that with a longer explanation.
For those who aren't aware SABER is the backbone of the global travel system and manages bookings for millions of travellers facilitating billions in transactions yearly.
The premise is straightforward - scarcity, replacement value and time are essential for the hyperscaler and would attract a premium price.
