Started taking fewer trades and it’s actually working better anyone else?
Not sure if this is just me getting older or finally learning some discipline, but I’ve been trading a lot less lately and my results have been better.
I used to feel like I had to be in something all the time. If I wasn’t in a position, I felt like I was missing out. Most of those trades were just “okay” setups at best.
Recently I’ve been a lot more selective. Sitting in cash more, waiting for things to actually make sense instead of forcing trades.
Also started thinking more about *what’s actually driving a stock*. Some feel very cycle-driven, others move mostly on expectations and sentiment. I didn’t really pay attention to that before.
Not saying I’ve figured anything out still learning but this shift alone changed how I approach things.
Curious if anyone else has gone through something similar, or if you prefer staying active no matter what.
