Just saw an CNBC alert about RVMD having a breakthrough on their treatment of pancreatic cancer and the stock bumped instantly, bought a bit for easy win and it worked but I honestly know nothing about pharma stocks, was more of a casino move (don't judge me in these hard times). When looking into it seems it extends survival by 6 months vs Chemo classic treatment.
Is it just hype or does the treatment still needs years before approval? Thanks
