Using a screener on Seeking Alpha, I filtered down to show all stocks with a Quant Rating of ‘strong sell’… Of the 349 stocks with a Quant Rating of ‘strong sell’, only 4 have a Wall St rating of ‘sell.’ Whats more alarming is that 159 of them are rated ‘strong buy.’ None are rated ‘strong sell’ by either Wall St or SA analysts… this feels like more than circumstantial evidence of a conspiracy to defraud investors.
