Recently, I had two successful options trades. Here’s a breakdown of my strategy:
First trade: XOM Put Option
Profit: $68,848.30
Strategy: I confirmed the bullish trend using the MACD golden cross. The price touched the lower Bollinger Band, and the increasing volume indicated institutional entry, allowing me to successfully sell the XOM $167.5 put option. (There was a bit of luck involved here, Lol!)
Second trade: INTC Call Option
Profit: $51,802.15
Strategy: The price touched the upper Bollinger Band, indicating a potential reversal, and the increasing volume suggested profit-taking. I was able to successfully sell the INTC $43.5 call option.
By combining MACD, Bollinger Bands, and trading volume, I was able to identify market turning points and confirm institutional behavior, helping me successfully capture these two profitable opportunities. I hope this can be insightful for others, and if anyone needs technical indicators, feel free to reach out!
