What if US and Iran while the Strait of Hormuz stays open to everyone except US

While we are nowhere back to normal capacity , more and more ship are passing through the Strait of Hormuz.

Would this be a possibility that US and Iran keep what they are doing, shooting missiles and drone in April, where non US ship passing through, what would that do to the stock market?
