What caught my attention is how some space-related names have been moving these days. Iridium Communications jumped around 12%, and names like Planet Labs and Intuitive Machines have also been catching bids.
If SpaceX actually goes public, it’s not just another IPO. It would basically anchor the whole space sector, similar to what Tesla did for EVs or Nvidia did for AI. Suddenly investors have a benchmark, and capital starts flowing into anything remotely related.
Also thinking about how fragmented this space is right now. You’ve got satellite comms, earth imaging, launch services, lunar missions… but no clear “leader stock” in public markets. SpaceX IPO could change that overnight.
