I bought calls today that ended up going up 1200% after I posted about how there’s likely going to be a short squeeze due to overwhelming negative sentiment. And what do you know, “news” comes out that the Iranian president is looking to maybe end the war given enough demands.
Now I’m fully aware that it’s not any seriously new news. The whole thing could be a ruse. But this further proves my point. The fact that such little trickles of speculation can result in the index going up 3% means that people are WAY too over leveraged short or have sold for cash.
The entire sub is still doubting this rally, and I’ve seen the same pattern over the years. Every time you have a rally and the vast majority of people think it’s just a relief bounce, it’s NEVER just a relief bounce. Quite literally, if you just sat down and observed the sentiment here without bias, then inversed it, you will win most of the time
