I’ve been looking into Oracle lately, but I’m a bit unsure, so I’d like to hear what everyone else thinks.
Right now, I have mixed feelings about this stock:
On one hand
Cloud services are growing, AI investments are ramping up, and the business seems solid.
On the other hand
Spending is out of control, debt is significant, and the stock price has been under pressure.
The company is getting stronger, but the stock price isn’t reflecting that.
My own take is:
It might continue to be volatile in the short term,
but if growth stays on track in the medium term, a return to 200+ isn’t out of the question.
But the question is
Does the market simply not buy into its AI narrative,
or is it purely worried about its heavy spending?
