Abbott vs Lowe Vs Ecolabs, which to dump my 3000 usd on today and hold for decades?

I've been trading in my country's stock exchange for a while. Was afraid of the unpredictability of the US market. Recently I changed my mind a bought a few stocks in each of those.
My method and goal is to anchor my monthly savings in safe, low risk low reward stocks so I can sell them when I retire 30 years from now?
