Thoughts on my 10yr runway plan?

I just stepped into my first big kid job at 44 and would like to try and retire in 10 years (because why not!). After all expenses I have about $72k to blow investing (or on legos) a yr.

I am thinking;

For my 403B at $24.5K per annum (+$8.5k employer match) VFIAX (0.04 %expense ratio)

Roth (Backdoor) IRA @ $7,500 per annum and fidelity post tax brokerage @ $36k per annum both with 70/30 split of FSKAX & FZILX.

I wanted a lot of foreign exposure hence FZILX, but I saw my 403B also had other options for foreign funds that sounded cool (that for some reason I can’t write without this subs AI detector deleting the post) but I feel like I’m already about a 50/50 blend (which may be too much?)

Anyway, what do y’all think about my picks? Do I need more diversification? @7% I should show about $1.2 mill in a decade (almost all just deposit meat). Which when coupled with $1.5 mill in real estate inherited sometime in the next 20yrs & SS, should give me an $8-12k burn rate for 40yrs (which I think is probably good enough given my age)
