Stocks rebound as Macron says France, allies preparing 'defensive' mission to reopen Strait of Hormuz

Most people are attributing this rebound to a random tweet by trump but I think the drop in oil and rebound in stock is much more likely to be due to France and other NATO nations working to reopen the strait.
