This is in spite of the Iranian FM saying they do not plan to shut down the Straigt of Hormuz. It seems that the IRGC are the group actually in charge right now in Iran, and the fact that they have attacked 3 tankers is an indication of both a power struggle, and a premium that is going to be placed on either uninsurable transit or rerouting.
