what percent of your liquid money do you put into the stock market?

i get scared and have most my money earning 3.3% in fidelity....and like 20% in stocks. Im 45 years old.

Im always amazed by people who are confident enough to put sp much of their funds in the market....curious what % of your money is in the market and how much you have available free cash thats uninvested and sitting....
