Why fast feedback loops make crypto trading so addictive

One thing crypto does better than almost any other market is compress time.

In traditional markets, feedback can take hours or days.

In crypto, especially on lower timeframes, you get instant outcomes.

You enter.
You’re right or wrong within minutes.
Sometimes seconds.

That rapid decision cycle creates an intense feedback loop. Win or lose, you get immediate reinforcement. It’s part of what makes crypto markets feel so engaging compared to slower asset classes.

Open interest, liquidations, funding flips everything reacts quickly. You’re constantly getting signals that confirm or invalidate your thesis.

I’ve been building a small decision-based web product recently, and it made me appreciate how powerful fast feedback loops are. When outcomes resolve quickly, engagement skyrockets.

Crypto trading has that baked into its structure.

Curious how others think about this is the speed of feedback a feature, or part of what makes the market harder to step away from?
