What app do you recommend for price alerts, like % changes reoccurring alerts?

There are many apps that provide alerts but for specific price targets like 106.4 once it reaches the alert trigger.

I don’t watch the market daily, and I don’t catch up with the news right away. I don’t want to waste my time watching just want to be alerted when price changes happen like by 5% or more.

I have been trading for long enough time, and now I want to be more efficient in trading time versus return type of thing.

What I am looking for is 5% changes up or down alerts reoccurring.
