Scalping bitcoin not viable

I want to talk about a common issue I have when scalping on low timeframes like 1 min or 5 min in crypto.

The nature of scalping is to get more trades by using lower timeframes and therefore have a tight stoploss, tight take profit and use higher leverage because the percentage the coins move per bar on low timeframes is usually alot less in average than on high timeframes. The problem is the trading fees weight much more when scalping. Most crypto exchanges have at least 0.02% maker and 0.05% taker fees wich isn't a big deal on altcoins that are relatively low cap but makes scalping bitcoin pretty much unviable, especially when using market order. On most trades on btc if I would go for a 1:1 risk to reward ratio and the trade succeeds it would still not make a profit but only break even with the fee while on altcoins the fees make up only about 10 to 20% of the risk. On the other hand altcoins price action is much more random and the charts on 1 min timeframe most of the times look awful. Therefore scalping altcoins also isn't great.

Now my question is why don't crypto exchanges offer a way that makes scalping btc just as viable as scalping altcoins. Shouldn't they offer lower fees for btc because it's so large cap? Does anybody know of a way to make scalping btc viable?
