There was just a post on here by an account claiming to have purchased $175,000 worth of RichTech Robotic Stock. Myself and few other Redditors pointed out this might not be a great place to put that kind of money due to their pending lawsuit.
The OP and one other account (that was created a day after the lawsuit was filed) were very dismissive of anyone saying it was a poor buy at the moment. I hinted at the fact that their account was super suspect having been created right after the lawsuit was filed, and I half joking hinted at submitting their profile's and their post to the SEC. Well, a minute later those accounts and the post were deleted. even though I was kind of joking when I wrote it, i did get screen shots.
Would this be worth bringing to the SEC's attention? $RR has only 50 employees and their stock is down pretty hard since Microsoft described Richtech's role as a standard AI Co-Innovation Lab customer engagement with "no commercial element," contradicting Richtech's earlier claim of a "close collaboration." This news spurred the the lawsuit and a pretty brutal two days of stock trading. So I guess I don't see it out of the realm of possibility if someone from the company was trying to rally their stock via reddit... Or maybe just Bots being Bots?
