I own some CTVA. They announced late last year intentions to split the herbicide and seed devisions of the company. CTVA will continue to operate fertilizers and herbicides and the spinoff will take the seeds.
I only want to continue investing in the seeds part of the business.
Should I sell once the respective post split shares settle, or try and trade in the price before the spinoff?
