Hi,
I hold PSLV to get exposure to the silver price. I've heard that PSLV is safer than SLV because it's backed 100% by physical silver bars in the Royal Canadian vault while SLV only has 70% backed by physical bars, the rest is in paper claim exposure. So, I have all of my silver exposure in this one stock PSLV. I would like to diversify a bit. Are there any other safe equity alternatives that would give the exposure to the silver price?
Also how safe is PSLV? Do they have audit to verify that they actually have 100% allocated silver bars to back all shares that they issued? Please advise. Thank you.
