SpaceX IPO Will Help People Build Generational Wealth

If you had bought four shares of Nvidia at its 1999 IPO, it would have cost you about $48. After stock splits and one of the most extreme compounding runs in market history, those four original shares would today be worth just under $500,000.
Now imagine applying that same compounding logic to SpaceX, even if it does not start small. Assume, conservatively, that any eventual public pricing begins around a $1.5 trillion valuation. That number sounds enormous until you shift the frame from cheap to foundational. The companies that generated generational wealth over the last 30 to 40 years were not just successful businesses. They became infrastructure. SpaceX is positioning itself in exactly that role, not merely as a rocket company, but as a transportation, launch, communications, and orbital logistics platform.

If you care about truly building wealth, the kind you can give to your kids, the kind that pays for college and maybe even helps them buy their first home, I cannot think of a better company than SpaceX. It is still pre-IPO, but it is not hard to imagine a future where Musk works out some mechanism that allows ordinary people to buy in early. Maybe even young couples, with one simple condition, that they are actually building families. Population decline is a real problem, and it is something Musk talks about openly and often. This part is admittedly wishful thinking, and it may not even be legal as described, though history suggests there are always ways to make things possible when incentives align.

Can't wait for the IPO!

TLDR: SPACE X will be a long-term buy and hold as they are building out the larger space infrastructure.
