Hey everyone,
I’m a full-stack developer and I follow the market every day, mostly out of curiosity.
After a while I got tired of stock apps that feel like Excel wearing a suit.
Lots of charts and indicators, but it’s still hard to answer simple questions like:
• who’s actually winning today?
• who’s getting crushed?
• is the market feeling good, bad, or just weird?
So I built a small side project called Stockhell 👻
It groups stocks into Heaven, Limbo, and Hell, so you can instantly see:
• the winners of the day
• the losers of the day
• the overall “mood” of the market
I also added a very simple daily prediction feature; you just pick up or down for a stock and see how it plays out.
No charts, no indicators, no pretending it’s science. Just a lightweight way to interact with the market.
No financial advice, no promises, no “get rich” stuff.
Just a fast, visual way to read the day.
It’s still early and very much a work in progress, but I’d genuinely love feedback, especially from people who also feel most stock apps take themselves way too seriously.
If you’re curious, this is it:
