I know this is controversial but which is better: concentration or diversification?

I know this topic always splits the room, but I’m genuinely curious, do you think it’s better to have a concentrated portfolio or stay diversified? I just want to know what percentage of people actually have a concentrated portfolio like myself

On one hand, concentration makes sense if you really know what you’re doing and want your best ideas to actually move the needle. But on the other hand, diversification helps smooth things out and protects you when you’re wrong (which happens more than we like to admit).

So I’m wondering what everyone here actually does in practice. Are you holding 3-5 high-conviction stocks like me, or are you Diversified like the older generations.
