* **The Mechanism:** Blockchain-based randomness. You can verify the draw on-chain, so the house doesn't "cheat."
* **Global:** Anyone can mint a ticket.

I picked up entry #035. With housing prices going vertical, a low-cost, high-probability-variance play like this makes sense to me.
