The market hates this stock right now because revenue looks soft, but they are missing the actual money-making setup.
**1. The "Margin Glitch":** There is a global DDR5 memory shortage. Corsair stocked up on chips months ago when they were dirt cheap. Now that chip prices have spiked 170%+, they are selling that old inventory at premium prices. Revenue might be capped by supply, but their profit margins are skyrocketing.
**2. The Nvidia Catalyst:** The RTX 50-series drops early 2026. These new GPUs are power-hungry heaters. Anyone upgrading will need a new massive Power Supply and liquid cooling. Corsair is the go-to for both. The upgrade cycle starts in Q1.
**3. Insiders are Loading Up:** The CEO and a Director just dropped nearly $1M buying stock on the open market *after* the bad earnings report. You know the saying: "there's many reasons to sell but only one to buy."
**4. It's too cheap:** It trades at 0.5x sales. If it gets valued at even half of what Logitech trades at, the stock doubles.
