Fermi - gold mine or a bad mistake? Advice please?

I've been interested in fermi, especially after their recent price drop after their first tenant left:

some of my observations:

1. they are filling a huge demand with power that the US does not seem to otherwise have capacity for and will be crucial in the AI wave

2. the executives seem to be closely and personally tied to the company - their reputations are at stake

3. the company is pre-profit sure, but is backed by some of the largest names in the US energy sector, and huge investments have been made

sure it is on a down, but all in all, it literally seems to be the only company, to the best of my knowledge, which is using a tripartite approach, (nuclear, gas and hydro I think) to combat a serious energy shortage.

surely when filling such a huge gap in a market with huge barriers to entry the stock holds huge potential? ik there're issues surrounding a $150 mill agreement with amazon, but then again, I think that means its a good time to buy as id bet they will find someone else, if they already were discussing with clients as big as amazon, are still hiring, and with the skill of the highly connected executive board - does it not have huge potential?
