Found an article about a Swiss company - Cosmo Pharmaceuticals - that claims to have found some sort of cure for man baldness (https://www.investing.com/news/stock-market-news/cosmo-shares-surge-over-20-after-breezula-phase-iii-trials-hit-key-goals-4387715) that passed clinical trials. Considering the stock "only" jumped 40% after these trials, I suppose there is still a very long way before this would be considered a non speculative buy.
Few questions because I know nothing of medical stocks, what is the chance that this kind of product indeed reaches the market at this stage? Has there been other baldness treatment that got this far before then did not succeed in the last trials?
