MoonLake Immunotherapeutics ($MLTX) YOLO.

I added on to my position here today. **I still like the stock.**

TL;DR: MoonLake ($MLTX) is primed to be a chronic inflammatory disease (CID) powerhouse.  We have an upcoming FDA Type B meeting on December 15, 2025.  This is just the beginning.  MoonLake has a shareholder friendly management team and a massive potential addressable market.  We already have a robust dataset from various clinical trials on SLK efficacy across various indications in the CID landscape.

DD is available here:

We recently got a Phase 2 LEDA data readout just last month. PPP is an untapped market; there are no approved treatments for PPP in the US or EU and the company plans to move forward with a Phase 3 next year.

Also, I don’t really like talking about personal details, but here is some context:

My personal life is a mess. I’m living out of a hotel right now.  My wife kicked me out of the house, removed my access from the Tesla app, and took our only car.

[Telsa](https://preview.redd.it/epp3i2oyvz5g1.png?width=1152&format=png&auto=webp&s=c77b68e35f3705acf93986ad75bb50863948dc05)

I currently have a rental car, and the internet here is horrible. I’m moving to another one later today; my morning is stacked with meetings. I need to physically move hotels, as well as secure various accounts. My soon-to-be ex-wife linked her new bank account to one of my Fidelity accounts last night. I set up UTMA accounts for my kids that each have about 100K in them currently, which I already don’t have access to trade. (Side note: If my soon-to-be ex-wife happens to read this: please take some free cash in there and invest it in MLTX for the children)

[Sneaky Links?](https://preview.redd.it/l1fhzo8rwz5g1.png?width=1198&format=png&auto=webp&s=c3e81d9522180fdf7c629bf013bad6a9456a9753)

I say this for context; I believe I am finally seeing things more clearly than I have in a while, but there are distractions everywhere. I’ll try and answer any questions as they come up, but that may not be until later because my personal life is a mess, and I think everyone has a right to know what I’m going through for perspective.

I said weeks ago here: That I fully expect MLTX to buy me a car, maybe a house:

[Reddit r\/InvestingandTrading](https://preview.redd.it/vbky367xuz5g1.png?width=1264&format=png&auto=webp&s=5d044ced872df659fd6545f2b761f6aab34b1e5c)

I’m buying another car and likely another house.  I fully expect MLTX stock to more than pay for it…

But I’m not selling MLTX stock.  Luckily, I have other trades like this I can free up capital with:

[Silver 100% YTD](https://preview.redd.it/vsxb15efvz5g1.png?width=1430&format=png&auto=webp&s=3275d08435a13e0192c6e2438cc32c663f6ee835)

And anyone who knows me personally knows I like silver, even at these levels.  With the long standing global fiscal deficits, the increasing global debt levels, the cost to service this debt is going to be increasingly monetization. Debasement has to accelerate here. This is bullish for real assets. Stock valuations are currently elevated.  Does it make sense that stock valuations are this high? TINA. Increasingly, there is no alternative.  Holders of debt-based currencies are going to increasingly lose purchasing power. That dynamic is outstandingly bullish for real assets comparatively. Silver is positioned as one of the most atractive metals right now with a tight supply and robust industrial demand, and a persistent supply deficit.  We have already seen cracks in the silver market, and the world needs hard money now more than ever.

That just goes to say, as much as I like silver, I like MLTX more. I don’t reduce my silver position lightly.

MLTX is poised as the single greatest asymmetric setup I have seen in my investment career, and the catalysts are staggering:

[MLTX Catalyst Pipeline](https://preview.redd.it/8pqanv8itz5g1.png?width=1430&format=png&auto=webp&s=6888580f70b4b1155c63a5f5711a4ee61397c49f)

I’ve said before I don’t like price targets, and I’ve said MLTX can 3X, 4X, or 5X by next year. Next year is only a few weeks away.  MLTX is currently a 1 billion dollar company as I write this. The opportunity across the CID space is huge. A 10X from here only needs MLTX to hit roughly a 10 billion market capitalization. That equates to right around $140 a share. Long-term, MLTX appreciation can potentially rise much higher with the variety of CID indications SLK can possibly address.

On top of this, MoonLake appears to have one of the best management teams I have seen. The company is quick, capital-efficient, and transparent. They should not need to dilute going forward; they have a cash runway well into 2027. They are not burdened by any massive debt. Additionally, they have a non-dilutive debt facility in place to provide additional funding well into potential commercialization. This is a management team that respects shareholders. This is a company that I want to be part of.

Some context on options:

Please be responsible here.

MLTX is still a small cap stock. MLTX options are thinly traded with wide spreads and low liquidity. I can't recommend trading these unless you fully understand the risks you are taking. I have December 2025 calls because it was a very cost-effective way to gain leverage, and it’s a very small percentage of my overall allocation to MLTX. I am willing to lose the entire investment, and to make these pay off, I am pretty much relying on a positive statement from the company after the Dec 15 FDA meeting outlining a path forward for an SLK BLA for HS prior to expiration as the official minutes from the meeting I don’t expect to be released until well after the expiration date. I am not relying on the official FDA meeting minutes.

I expect these things to happen, but the timing is tight. The timing risk is real, and if this catalyst misses the tight window of the Dec options expiration, they are worthless. If I had limited capital, I was willing to lose; that’s my lottery ticket.  But if they pay off – I’m looking at a potential 100X or more on the invested capital on those options.  Taking asymmetric payoff on an asymmetric stock is capital efficiency at its best.

A path forward to SLK approval after the Dec 15 FDA Type B meeting could rerate MLTX violently higher.

I also have some other short-dated calls I put on just to gain inexpensive leverage to potential MLTX appreciation; the bulk of my position is as a long-term MLTX shareholder.

This is not financial advice.

But please take this advice: don’t play the lottery if you don’t have the capital to lose, and do your due diligence first. Not just on MLTX, but any investment.

Misinformation is everywhere.
