I'm 25 years old, looking for advice and help!

Hey everyone, I’m 25 and recently started taking long-term investing seriously. I’m trying to build a portfolio I can hold for many years, mainly in tech and a few ETFs. I’ve attached screenshots of my current holdings. My plan is to keep adding consistently and not try to time the market, but I realize there’s a lot I still don’t know.

Right now I don’t have any sell alerts, stop-losses, or take-profit alerts set. I also haven’t really defined an exit strategy for any of my positions since my intention has been “buy and hold.” But I’m wondering if that’s something I should be doing even as a long-term investor.

So I’d appreciate some advice:

For long-term investing, is it recommended to set price alerts or stop-losses?

How do you personally set rules for when to sell, trim, or rebalance?

Are sell alerts mainly for traders, or do long-term investors use them too?

And mechanically, how do you set these alerts in most broker apps? Just simple price alerts or something more advanced?

Any feedback about my portfolio allocation itself is also welcome. I’m still learning and want to make sure I’m building good habits early. Thanks in advance.
