The market has been rough lately. When NVIDIA tanked after earnings, the Nasdaq went with it, and almost at the same time Bitcoin started dropping because of ETF outflows. It’s pretty clear now that crypto doesn’t move independently anymore when stocks fall, crypto falls too.
What this made me realize is how useful it is to trade crypto and tokenized stocks in the same place. When both markets are slipping, there’s no time to jump between different platforms just to protect your positions. Having everything in one setup makes it way easier to adjust quickly.
And honestly, I’m not surprised exchanges are starting to lean into this idea with more cross-market features and onchain events like the Bitget Onchain challenge. It matches what traders are dealing with every day: stocks and crypto reacting to the same pressures at the same time. This is just the new normal, and we have to trade with that in mind.
