The market is coming to terms with the fact that there is no demand for AI

Not only is there no demand for AI, there is actually negative demand for AI. The Microsoft AI CEO recently tried to tout how great CoPilot AI is and he got creamed on the Internet. He got so many negative comments that he said he had to shut off the comments because he couldn't take it. There is a thread in r/technology about it.

If you check out the r/ChatGPT sub, it's just a bunch of weirdos using it to make weird memes and crap. Or, it's lonely people trying to use it to be their companion. Plus, most of the posts don't get any engagement. ChatGPT rarely shows up on r/all anymore.

Oracle crashed after they announced their deal with ChatGPT because the market knows that there is no demand for AI. Business users have been forced to use it and they almost universally hate it. Nebius (NBIS), a neocloud datacenter supplier, is back down to where it was before it announced its multi-billion dollar deals with Microsoft and Meta.

I would go so far as to say that AI is the most universally despised technology to ever come onto the market. People hate it.

So, these companies can announce all the AI deals they want, but neither consumers nor business users want it and the market is now realizing that.
