Does anyone else struggle to know if news about their holdings actually matters?

I own NVDA for the AI story, but when it drops 3% on gaming revenue miss, I spend way too much time trying to figure out if that actually matters for why I bought it.

Same with every holding - news breaks, stock moves, and I'm googling around trying to understand if this changes my thesis or if it's just noise.

Current financial news reports everything with the same urgency. But gaming news shouldn't matter if you bought NVDA for AI dominance, right?

How do you all handle this? Do you just ignore most news? Have a system? Pay for research? I feel like I'm either overthinking everything or missing important shifts.
