I can’t hide the fact that I’ve been pretty unhappy with how ZKC’s price action has turned out so far. The mainnet beta on Base brought in real proving demand, but with most of the rewards flowing to provers, the constant question is whether they’ll hold or just sell to cover expenses. Inflation at 7% a year doesn’t make things easier because it feels like there’s always fresh supply leaning on the chart.
The exchange listings gave it some quick momentum, but the effect didn’t last. Coinbase, Gate, and Bybit all brought liquidity, yet the airdrops and token unlocks quickly dragged the price back down. For me, it’s hard to ignore how often exchange driven hype ends up creating just another wave of sell pressure.
That’s why I’m more curious about the angle Bitget is taking with its Launchpool support. If it works as intended, it could bring a steadier base of demand instead of just short bursts of speculation. I want to see if this backing can help ZKC build some resilience, because without a stronger demand side, the inflation and unlock cycle may keep overshadowing everything else. If you are following ZKC too, keep an eye on how the Launchpool unfolds because it might be the deciding factor for where the next move goes.
