It is odd that the tariff Executive Orders have not been subject to a Court order or injunction yet.

So many other significant EOs have been the subject of Court intervention trying to stop it. Yet the most damaging, and arguably unconstitutional EO, has not been subject to an injunction, or other device to stall it.

Makes me think this is part of a plan to allow Potus to flame out, without Court interference, so the midterms are a slaughter. For us in the market, that is terrible news, as we would obviously benefit, if a rational Court stopped these ludicrous tariffs, at least for now.

The guy is just randomly pulling tariff numbers--now 80% on China being floated--out of a hat and declaring them law.
