Is palantir overvalued? received a job offer, contemplating joining if compensation overvalued as well.

So I received a job offer at Palantir, as a Software Engineer with 3.5 YOE.

The offer is for 170k base, but 60k RSU a year(240k total grant) and during the negotiation phase, they were heavily proud of their RSU and said the way the stock has went up, they expect heavy levels of growth in compensation because of this.

I personally, do not know much about palantir before I started interviewing and now have seen the stock grow about like 8x since its low.

I have another offer at a public companies with similar numbers, but their stock has not seen the growth this has. Debating with friends on if joining Palantir would just lead my compensation to drop if stock just goes down. Or is there more upside?

If I join, I would probably priced around the range 110 - 120, is that way to overvalued to join?
