Ponzi Scheme Defined - Fraudulent investment scam where returns to existing investors are paid from funds from new investors, rather than legitimate profits generated by the business. This creates an illusion of a profitable venture, but the scheme collapses when new investors stop coming or existing investors attempt to withdraw at a greater rate than new investors contribute.
MSTR is an actually a leveraged Ponzi scheme of the original Ponzi scheme (Bitcoin).
Recommendation - Get out while you can
Positions - None yet. Will get with short positions when MSTR starts having issues diluting stock or selling bonds (it’s coming)
Note: Tried posting this earlier as a discussion, but mods removed without explanation. My guess is Reddit gets a lots of revenue form from crypto adds or the mod was a bagholder
