Federal judge rules that Apple violated anti trust ruling to open up App Store

Judge rules that Apple willingly ignored a court order and the outcome of their legal battle on opening up the App Store and charging high take fees of up to 30%.

I don't see any major impact of this on Apple, other than them having to pay a fine every few years to keep their App Store gated.

As long as legal fees + settlement fees < 30% fees they get from charging apps, why would Apple reverse course or change?

Companies like Spotify don't accept payments on their ios / iPhone apps, and instead route to the website to avoid the fee. I assume companies will just continue doing this even if it ruins user experience to avoid a 30% charge of just getting access to Apple users vs. trying to make Apple comply or change in court.
